Room here is well-kept and has everything you need - a nice shower, hairdryers, and fresh towels ready to use. Plus, they have feather pillows that make the bed super cozy and comfy 😊.

Had a very nice stay here. It was a fabulous hotel with beautifully maintained and brand-new rooms. All of the staff were very amiable and top-class. The location of the property was convenient - at a moderate distance from The Bulls.

The employees are courteous and exceptional. we had a great experience at this quiet property in the Ballantyne district, not far from Charlotte and area attractions.

The hotel was immaculately clean. Staff were all very amiable and top-class. The room I stayed in was practical and impressive with a balcony as well as an extra bed. The location was convenient, for example, The Bulls was not too far from the property. The excellent service and the attention to detail! There was a nice pool on site too.

Did not use their spa facilities but they appeared well organised. Atmosphere was friendly and front desk people were very helpful.

"Free" breakfast choices limited to specific items. Best Western and Holiday Inn express are quite superior.

Nive place!

When I booked, it stated free breakfast but it wasn't on their records, so I was disappointed that we couldn't receive it when I booked on your site, it says it was included in the price!

Highly recommend to friends. The hotel is perfectly clean in a nice building close to area attractions. They offer a wide array of outstanding food for breakfast. The room is very affordable and practical, with a balcony overlooking a pond.

The staff was wonderful and the location was easy to find. The bed was comfortable for the most part.

Our toilet wasn't attached to the floor so every time we would use the restroom the toilet would move up and down and side to side. The refrigerator was dirty inside. The wireless Internet did not work at all. Also the "free" breakfast we paid for was nonexistent. Wasted that 10$.

The staff was excellent and helpful, offering great services. The double room was practical and allowed us to enjoy a decent view of the garden. Having a fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a writing desk were huge pluses.

The address on the Internet is wrong so we had trouble finding it. I eventually called and the person who answered helped me get there. Fortunately we were only about a mile away but we would have continued to drive around if I hadn't called. The name of the street has been changed and the address online hasn't been updated. One other thing--the room appeared to be very clean. However, after our 2 year played with his books and trucks on the floor, I noticed his knees of his pajamas and bottoms of his socks were black. It made me think the floors /carpet were not clean even though it appeared to be clean. The carpet was a charcoal gray color so my husband wondered if it was dye from the color of the carpet but either way it was yucky. Other than that it was nice.

The staff here are nice and made my stay awesome, the location is marvelous being close to The Bulls, and it has everything I need, making it a convenient weekend getaway spot.
